The only information I found out was how to go in and get the vaccination from them which is not what I was looking for.This is garbage will not let you past the first page I fully filled it out it kept saying I needed to fill in the red spots as mandatory since they were filled in is their some secret passcode? You want me to change my name address or birthday? Cause this app is trash.Will not let me log in & after I tried we got a pop up person talking saying we're running outta storage,it was a virus 🦠 SMH hopefully this will be fixed or updated to work better I'm sorry I doba LOT of reviews & this is the only one I've rated a 1.Decent app but could be better.

2. I want to use the system to store my travel vacation records.Passport Health and their app has helped me keep track of my travel vaccinations.

3. The scary thought this people now have copies of your medical records on their sever and nothing you can do to delete them.The app does not recognize my password.

4. I have changed it 3x today and the app each time has not recognized the new password.The doctor visit was pretty quick and even full of information.

5. The only thing I would suggest is that it be able to scan the QR codes for the digital vaccine cards for covid vaccinations.

6. Though, I had a paper copy as back up just in case.I downloaded this app because I thought that it would be the place where I could have digital proof of my vaccination.

7. However, I'm unable to enter the vaccination information or find where they might have that record it's absolutely no use to me.

8. Have to type password each time.Can't close your account once installed.

9. I tried changing my password and continues to say the password is incorrect.

10. I even just used it to show proof that I had had a negative Covid test.

1. Fix Passport Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Passport Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Passport Health App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Passport Health" » Open Passport Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Passport Health » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Passport Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Passport Health servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Passport Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Passport Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Passport Health might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Passport Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Passport Health then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Passport Health not working

2. Fix Passport Health Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Passport Health be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Passport Health not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Passport Health may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
