It has been 4 weeks and no fix to this issue, I have called several times and explained my problem.I would say that I personally like this App more than I would've liked any other App because it gives you so many good ideas, options, advantages in your favor e.g. if you want to save money for something then Imagin automatically separate your money for that thing.

2. So I value that too.I'm getting a notification to update my identification documents via taking a picture of it, but when I try to do so on step 3/4 once I take the picture the app freezes and it doesn't move to the other step, I hope this get fixed soon.⛔️ Worst bank & app ever.

3. I highly recommend it! ♡For me the app most of the time works properly, sometimes the bizum option get a bit crazy but for the most I don't have any complaint, the app showes me interesting stuff I could like or want to purchase.

4. It is a slow app, a few times I did not receive any notifications or messages for bizum payments that I received and now I no longer have the option to transfer between my own accounts within imagine bank.

5. Ability to add shortcut to Imagin Pay works brilliantly too.Since the new version I can't transfer money between my own accounts.

6. Cannot use/see international characters in names of people and companies I transfer money to.

7. No place or website to report app bugs!Great app, latest version works perfectly.

8. Not showing the account numbers of sender or receivers of transfers.

9. It would seem that as it is free service, they don't spend much time on maintenance and improvements.

10. Its been a week since I called them to discuss the problem and nothing has changed.

11. Illegaly blocking SEPA transfers to other EU banks.

1. Fix imagin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart imagin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the imagin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "imagin" » Open imagin: More than mobile bank » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for imagin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear imagin: More than mobile bank app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from imagin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "imagin: More than mobile bank" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check imagin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, imagin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall imagin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall imagin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing imagin not working

2. Fix imagin Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make imagin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to imagin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, imagin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
