1. Sometimes it's very hard to actually find where a certain function is exposed through the UI.Update May 2023: It's been now 2 weeks that the Sms authentication step doesn't work and I can't access my account on the app.

Previously existed an option to "not show it again" but now it's nowhere to be found.The app used to be much much better, now several of the options when you go to your notifications don't seem to work, such as the heading "cards" I have messages there but it always says " service temporarily unavailable" when I click on it, also I don't get notifications any more, or they are late, costing me money sometimes, otherwise it would be 5 stars definitelyDisappointing.
3. This user experience is horrendous and quite unreliable, making online purchases painful.I am unable to request a creditcard in the app.
4. I've tryed to open additional account but instead of procced, it opens list of offers (mortgage, insurance, credit,...) without ability to create account.
5. The biggest issue for me is that BBVA thinks that by using their app you are fair game for constant marketing and upselling which makes the app painful to use.
6. If possible, I'd give it negative stars.It's certainly feature rich: I'm pretty sure pretty much _anything_ I can possibly want to do with my bank account, I can do it in this app.
7. But I am considering to change bank, because after multiple times trying, I still did not get an appointment and still did not manage the card.
8. I've contact BBVA 3x on this issue, they are without any solution.The experience with the app is degrading with each update.
9. The user interface is cluttered with advertisement of bank's services and even though you are able to dismiss some of the messages, they reappear after a while.
10. The second most annoying thing about this app is the sequence of text messages and confirmations that are required for online purchases.
11. Have the developers never heard of people speaking more than 1 language? An update to this review.
