4. Access to the functionality (entering network configuration) was different than described on online manual page, which should be fixed by the way.

5. The review stars are for the reply, not for the app itself, I still think managing the router through smartphone is an unnecessary step.The app is in English but all the setting up are in Czech.

6. I set up my smart box with an old phone number, now it logged me out and I can't log in because the box sent the code to my old number that I don't have anymore.

1. Fix O2 Smart Box Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart O2 Smart Box: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the O2 Smart Box App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "O2 Smart Box" » Open O2 Smart Box » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for O2 Smart Box » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear O2 Smart Box app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from O2 Smart Box servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "O2 Smart Box" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check O2 Smart Box app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, O2 Smart Box might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall O2 Smart Box. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall O2 Smart Box then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing O2 Smart Box not working
