1. I will go to Homeseer at least the apps and software are a onetime fee for the unit!June 2019 - widget icons loose their names...worked great but after getting a new phone with the latest android the widgets loose there name/title so I can't tell which icon is light on vs lights off bc they all say "imperihome shortcut".

2. Wish there were more icon options grouped by theme but my biggest complaint is that the Android Wear integration seems broken at the moment (on Android Wear 2.0)It does NOT support "all the brands" as advertised.

Even though it integrates with Hue I cannot create button or widget on the dashboard that sets a light to predetermined color and brightness, you have to mess with a wheel and slider if the current on or last state at off is not what you wanted.I have used all versions on the market and would have to say that hands down this is the most complete app for aftermarket home automation you will find.

4. it resets the name after I restart the phone ... 10/13 Update -still not fixed after a phone restart it looses the icon namesWorks well on our phones and tablet (fiddling to see if we can re-purpose an old tablet as a control panel).

5. please do research before using this product.I will not be tied to a monthly fee per install! Could have been a nice interface for my Vera, this is an issue with Vera not having a decent interface.

6. Some of the features stopped working after I moved to a new tablet and I cannot get their Tech Support to respond to me.

7. Just had to email their support team for help as we are grandfathered into the Pro plan but had to make an account and have them manually add Pro back onto it.I bout the isp6x version.

8. I would give it 4-5 stars if their Tech Support was responsive.Decided to give up on this app because of the subscription model now in place.

1. Fix ImperiHome Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ImperiHome: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ImperiHome App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ImperiHome" » Open ImperiHome – Smart Home & Smart City Management » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ImperiHome » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ImperiHome – Smart Home & Smart City Management app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ImperiHome servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ImperiHome – Smart Home & Smart City Management" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ImperiHome app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ImperiHome might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ImperiHome. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ImperiHome then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ImperiHome not working

2. Fix ImperiHome Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ImperiHome be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ImperiHome not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ImperiHome may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
