1. Uninstalling today and committing not to spend any more money on this horrible app.So, O2 converts all their boxes to android TV boxes, thus making them Chromecast receivers, which would be awesome, unless they remove Chromecast support on their app.

2. Reply to O2: You are saying that company as large as O2 can't find a developer who's able to get Chromecast running? Well, Play Store is full of very well working apps, you should have a better look.Very unpleasant interface, totally out of control user experience.

3. So they improved the boxes as they could be remotely controlled by phone (with much better controllability than TV remote) via Chromecast to remove Chromecast support from the phone.

4. Video playback - you not start from start of movie / series you start somewhere around (sometimes it missing start sometime is missing end..), when fast forward or revind you have 50/50 chance application or playback will stuck forever.

1. Fix O2 TV (legacy) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart O2 TV (legacy): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the O2 TV (legacy) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "O2 TV (legacy)" » Open O2 TV (legacy) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for O2 TV (legacy) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear O2 TV (legacy) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from O2 TV (legacy) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "O2 TV (legacy)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check O2 TV (legacy) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, O2 TV (legacy) might not work.
