1. I tried to find a solution with the Customer service but they said it is too complicated to fix it and recommend us to to pay for another phone number !? The worst is that one month ago I paid for 5GB again and they only added 500mb.

2. After logout and login again, I am straight into his SIM account.May tarrif 100 GB is not active and so very bad to me because I buy this SIM card but cannot useMuch faster and easier than Vodafone self service!O2 has been sending me advertising via SMS.

3. Autorecharge is still work and the feature is active.It's such a good application, to be honest until now all the functions and services are great.I paid for 5GB and after few hours, the data vanished from the app.

4. When I asked for help they say I will have to wait 30days to give it to me back and I was not allowed to get a refund or anything.Why does it force me to download updates so often? I have two bank apps and they are never so aggressive.

5. You read that right, a company that I pay for a service has the audacity to send me advertisements for bank accounts and concerts.

6. If you were to follow (for example) the online banking apps of banks that you already have in the Czech Republic, I think you could save the product.Im can't canel automatic credit recharging.

7. When connecting through my brother's phone using WiFi, this app logs me into his account instead of my SIM!!! I cannot even login into my SIM at all.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Moje O2 Issues

1. Fix Moje O2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Moje O2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Moje O2 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moje O2" » Open Moje O2 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moje O2 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Moje O2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moje O2 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moje O2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Moje O2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moje O2 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Moje O2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moje O2 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moje O2 not working


2. Fix Moje O2 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Moje O2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Moje O2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Moje O2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
