1. The switch works manually and the glass face plate is beautiful, but the back plate is poor quality.App works well and the switches are awesome.

2. No problems with switches with 2 or more connections.Very expensive non-functional SMART switch.

3. One thing I cannot figure out is why can I not send a "backlight" command to a plate name instead of a switch? With U3 each switch gets a name and when sending a backlight command it needs me to select a switch name.

4. The switches are extremely difficult to install based on their instructions and from what I can tell if they flicker at all once powered on, send it back right away as it will have a lot of trouble connecting to wifi.I'm so tired of fighting with the single switches.

2. Update the iotty Smart Home App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iotty Smart Home" » Open iotty Smart Home » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iotty Smart Home » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iotty Smart Home app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iotty Smart Home servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iotty Smart Home" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iotty Smart Home app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iotty Smart Home might not work.
