1. I wish it worked smoothly and with the capabilities of being able to still utilize my phone even when an incoming call appears. The concept for this app is great: calls to your office phone are routed to your personal cell, which is especially nice when working from home.
2. I was told Zultys would be completely separate from my own cell phone, however, if you use wifi and have the soft wifi setting turned on (which turns on by itself all the time), when somebody calls you and you answer, instead of picking up the call, your own cell phone rings.
3. Any incoming calls are an impedence for your normal cell phone use (I don't want to pause the calls from coming in).
4. Messaging and call management both function as they should and provide a good number of ways to deliver calls and take voicemails.
5. You can barely make outgoing calls without issues (understand it's an app linked for landlines business phone which can experience some issues).
6. Everyone else at work using this app, is experiencing the same issues. This app crashes constantly, unable to make calls on it whatsoever.
7. I go out of my way but to use it, but sometimes I can't avoid it.It was delivering messages while in a stopped state and when not logged in, but would crash when I tried to make or pick up calls.
8. The ios app still works better than the android. When I have the app open it will not let my personal calls through.
9. My company sells and services these systems and over the last couple of years the app seems to have made good progress towards being a useful part of the Zultys MX systems.
10. If you don't answer that 2nd call, the caller gets YOUR PERSONAL voicemail!Becoming a better experience.
11. Seems this is not built for Android phones. It should be a pretty basic function of this app to be able to text local contacts.
