1. Cant use to access documentsdont bother, just like the other reviews say you cant access your policya company like Admiral should do better, or change the name Admiral Claim App.Can't access anything about current policywhat is the point?? cannot access my policy.

2. Very poor for a company the size of Admiral.Absolutely worthless app can't imagine someone getting paid to create this app would rate 0 if I couldrubbish, don't even bother downloading.

3. I cant access policy details, won't even let me select login.

4. waste of time.Terrible app!! It asks to access everything on your phone with no reason.

5. Then you get to the login page and it asks for Claim Ref???? I want to log in and see my policy etc.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Household Claims Insight Issues

1. Fix Household Claims Insight Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Household Claims Insight: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Household Claims Insight App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Household Claims Insight" » Open Household Claims Insight » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Household Claims Insight » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Household Claims Insight app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Household Claims Insight servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Household Claims Insight" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Household Claims Insight app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Household Claims Insight might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Household Claims Insight. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Household Claims Insight then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Household Claims Insight not working
