2. Also not getting notifications of payments made which is now hampering how I manage my business.One of the best accounting software, including more premium features available.
3. Given the start / stop nature of my work (and my brain), I find the onboard timer a little too basic to cope with my needs, so I use another tracker for that.
4. Also, the lack of offline access to any of the app's basic functions can make for a frustratingly slow experience in simple tasks when cell signal is bad or data is throttled.
5. In reports if you can add expense report download in excel so that all the expenses we can see in the report for the selected period.I never see something like that it's amazing, the best app, I rate 10 stars for this app, please make offline mode for desktop.
6. Zoho is supposed to save time but I've spent hours in useless sessions with help desk to end up spending more hours figuring it out on my own.
7. Good job developers keep growing.Have been using app for 6 months and out of nowhere the bank balances stopped showing.
8. (Customer details -> activities list -> click on an invoice...nothing!) Can't add comments on customer in app.
9. The App makes it so easy to enter exspenses on the go and even able to invoice customers where ever i am.
10. You have to tediously integrate them (doesn't always work), then you have to enter & re-enter info that was entered in one app, but was erased when migrated to a diff.
11. VERY FRUSTRATING!I struggle with this app because it's almost like I'm using a paper-based system! Sometimes the team gets the UI correct, and that's great, but it usually isn't that way.
