1. The whole having to have 3 consecutive hours thing sucks because theres never 3 consecutive hours to pick up.
2. You cant pick up shifts unless its 3 consecutive hours which is hard to get.
3. On top of that from what I understand you don't see how much your paid for a job until 48 hours. Why do you ask for so much personal info, and the bs question of "why do you want to drive for us?" And will not let you continue set up unless u answer it.
4. I see 1 or 2 here and there and they are just sitting there available but I cant pick them up cuz theres not 3 in a row! Maybe once I actually get to work I can write a better review.
5. After agreeing to the shifts I was never put on the schedule and never got a response.Update- getting hours is still hard but when you do get hours, I think it's worth it.
6. No one does this because they want to, I got a pick up truck and need a side gig simple as that and u have stuff that needs to be sent, simple.
7. Just hoping they'll go back to the previous scheduling method, otherwise not worth it anymore.Horrible customer support and scheduling.
8. I'm really hopeful so we will see.Horrible, this is one of the worst work for delivery service companies out there.
9. I have recieved text messages asking to pick up shifts.
10. Amazon flex, Roadie, Lyft, Via and last Uber is the way too go if you want steady work, if you like freelance work for yourself.
11. What's the point of tracking us with GPS if you're going to ask us a risk our life to text and drive on a freeway .
