1. othere problems include your books on their computers, super high fees, print later functions don't work, try to use it on a mobile device and it won't remember your log in wanting to email you a code - so inconvenient to "snap a receipt" Kyle TurboTax issues going to be fixed?? There's no customer service!Annoyed doesn't even describe it.
2. Having to use the browser to perform certain tasks makes the whole process clunky, as the website is not mobile friendly and not everything works there.Bad functionality, keep not being able to access at least half of my customers or open invoices on the mobile app, not able to see past invoices for any of my customers.

Most notably failure to record transactions that are linked to credit cards or banks... the automatic recording of transactions between linked accounts and an easy to use app on my phone are the very reasons I signed up in the first place... and don't even get me started on the fees.... you don't get what you pay for these days...has a lot of problems.
4. They didn't squash bugs with the update on the 13th they created more!The app on my phone keeps turning off mileage tracking, and almost never allows me to edit and send invoices.
5. You can't snap receipts from the app eitherI have been using QB online for several years & it's very user friendly.
6. I'm going to search search a different system this year.I loved everything about Quickbooks online app until a couple of weeks ago.
7. All I need is invoicing, basic record keeping & ability to offer credit card payment to my clients.
8. I thought it was just a bug in my app but after 6 hours or so on calls with the help desk I was finally told that the functions I was looking for were never available on qb online even though I have proof that the functions were once available.
9. Such a shame because the version I used last year was perfect & had everything I neededWent from the desktop version to this because of a crazy price increase for the desktop version.
10. I had been using the desktop version since 2008, and liked it.
