1. #4 There is no option for a client to digi sign on the phone.I use the app every day to keep track of my billing, but they made a change to the app so that every single time I start the app, I am forced to see a screen that wants me to turn on notifications.
2. I have to wait for projects to load every time I start a new time entry, sometimes the Services section doesn't load at all, and there's no Monthly calendar view to be able to quickly go to previous dates.
3. For example I would love to add the option for having more customers on the basis plan without having to update to the more expensive plan which has a lot more features that I wouldn't be using.Its bad.
4. I'm happy with the software itself and customer service has been great.Love how user friendly both the app and website are and that you can have really good features for a reasonable price.
5. Hallelujah! - I have been using and depending on Freshbooks for around five years, and I still love it, but the quality of the Android app has been suffering over last year.
6. So I spend a lot of time editing my mileage tracking.
7. Slow load times and occasional failure to refresh the screen persist even on fast net connections, and tech support can't help.
8. If a trip is missed putting it in is time consuming, having it save frequent/recently used addresses would cut the time in half.
