Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Small Business Issues

  3. Clear Small Business: Accounting Invoices CRM Inventory app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Small Business servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Small Business: Accounting Invoices CRM Inventory" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Small Business app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Small Business might not work.
