1. When I click to open it 9 times out of 10 it just sits there on the main zap screen trying to load but never loads and never opens.

2. I selected that chrome always open when i click a link in my messages.and its still trying to get me to open the app.

3. For such a mission critical piece of software, it's as if they don't actually test anything ever before pushing it out.Update: I was asked to re install the update and I did but still no issues fixed.

4. It is essential that I use it for my business and I am constantly needing to delete and re-download the app as it has constant issues that no one ever seems to care about fixing.

5. At this time, I add notes, but they don't save or the reminders arent marked as done even if a text/call/note are logged from the app.This app is awful.

6. Then I figured I'd send a suggestion but it was again like pulling teeth couldn't get to do that from the app or it wasn't easy to get to cause I didn't find it.

7. I will reach out to support next as requested but they are obviously having issues fixing the bugs.

8. App doesnt load on a regular basis and doesnt function 100% I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

9. Like who does that? It's impossible to copy or paste anything from the zap app, be it phone numbers, or MLS IDs etc.. such a simple feature but leave it to zap to make it unavailable.

10. Every time I need to use it I have to delete it and then redownload it again.

11. I need to use it daily for business yet I repeatedly have to completely uninstall and reinstall just to get it to open.

1. Fix Zap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zap" » Open Zap - Real Estate CRM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zap - Real Estate CRM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zap - Real Estate CRM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zap not working

2. Fix Zap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
