1. Have a plethora of new homes to choose from....ESPECIALLY when willing to go as far as Springhill! I checked in RUSKIN just to see? It still came up w %0!Absolutely wonderful!! 2. Viewing the same area comparatively, there were no properties on this app, where other apps had at least 10-15 in the same city.Is a little buggy, sometimes have to reset the app to show all the houses in my search criteria.

3. Atleast the other two will show me homes even if the listings aren't up to date.This app would have been okay 5 years ago but for today it is subpar.

4. Missing many features from no dark mode for the midnight searching to clunky animations when you click at homes to few 3d views that them selves range from videos to odd apps.

5. It seems like the creators haven't seen another real estate app in 3 years.(See update below.) Couldn't find listings in my local zip code that I knew existed.
