1. We ended the interview over a whatsapp video call.I'm very upset 2nd time app will not connect to my android, 2nd visit I'm missing with my better half @ a time like this with covid-19 pandemic , its rough to not see your love one especially when the virus is spreading threw the jail system and they have to be on quarantine lockdown, this app was very useful something has change and I'm hoping the problem be resolved.
2. Is constantly running in the background, login information does not work- literally every aspect of this app is terrible, too many to name.Call quality is good but the user experience is bad.
3. I will reach out to our actual Poly rep about a proper mobile developer contact.Horrible... Ongoing connection issues regardless of Android, laptop or iPhone being used.
4. Keeps dropping my video calls and then refuses to connect after that, leaving me a 45 minute chunk of pure irritated bliss whilst trying to video chat my inmate.
5. Poor video quality, sound doesn't always sync with video, freezes often and boots you offline often.
6. I was unable to join the call at first but after I did, it said for an hour that I was connecting, so could hear everyone but not use the video feature.
7. My carrier is Verizon and they support VoIP calls, no issues, just not yours for some reason.ATTENTION PLZ READ IF U R HAVING ISSUES!!!!!! I FIGURED OUT HOW TO GET IT TO WORK RIGHT.
8. It ended up making an already stressful court experience worse, with the hearing ending earlier than it would have otherwise due to technical issues.Worst app ever.
9. If we had a choice this wouldn't be used.App crashes constantly, impossible or nearly impossible to use on certain devices (does not work with Chromebook for example).
10. Video quality is legit terrible- freezes, grossly pixelated.
11. No proper way to hang up the call - the off button does not work.
