1. So dissapointed.Great app But I have been stuck on a white screen on start up for a bit, whats that about? And signing in each time Is a hassle.Useless app.

2. Waste of time.Great app though keeps on forgetting my password.

3. It keeps forgetting my password and i have to change me password everytime i want to log in but if i enter my password on the web it logs in.

4. Unfortunately the app could not retain a password and asks to reset.

5. The colouring option only overlays your natural hair colour and most functions are laughable.

6. When do so, pops a note asking to switch the internet connection to offline.

7. So i log out and try and log in with the app again it gives me an error codeOne of the worst apps on the market.

8. Do not download.I love this app, except that I can't stop it from rotating on the screen.

9. Content wise it's the best salon industry app.Cannot open the app.

1. Fix L’Oréal Access Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart L’Oréal Access: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the L’Oréal Access App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "L’Oréal Access" » Open L’Oréal Access » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for L’Oréal Access » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear L’Oréal Access app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from L’Oréal Access servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "L’Oréal Access" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check L’Oréal Access app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, L’Oréal Access might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall L’Oréal Access. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall L’Oréal Access then reinstall.
