CENTURY 21 Local Customer Insights

1. It still gives error messages when I try to sign in the tradtional way, but I was able to sign in when I hit "sign in with Google." The main issue that remains is that I still have to go in and hit "Exclude Pending Listings" every time I open the app.

2. At a time when the real estate industry is under extreme preasure and assault from 3rd party vendors, it is imperative that data is timely, accurate, and relevant.Working with the realtor to request showings through the app is very painful.

3. Bugs often require reopening it to get around them, lots of listings are hidden until you zoom in further and hit search again, limited search options vs the website (ex: why can't I filter out on pending?).

4. Bring back useful features .Providing timely listing data is an essential service.

5. When listing statuses are not timely updated it causes confusion and distrust of the source providing the data.

6. The keyterm search does not work, exclude pending only shows pending, and gives only basic information.

7. Once I was finally able to use the app, I'd select one listing and be taken to a different listing.Worked for awhile, then I wanted to save a house and it told me I had to delete a home.

8. Moreover, the Realtor recommending the source is tethered and risk their reputation for providing and recommending a source for outdated and inaccurate information.

9. A poorly written untested application that should be withdrawn from the app store until being made ready for prime time. This app is buggy garbage.

10. If Century 21 wants to compete with Zillow and Redfin they need to up their tech game yesterday. As an agent this app has not worked once.

11. The code in that needs to be fixed so it doesn't reset everytime I exit the app.Bugs galore, can't see saved homes.
