1. The contact numbers that I had been given by the staff during the delivery of the car have all been swicthed off!! There is no sync within the customer care as there seems to be no history of the problems being addressed by the customer being recorded nor taken seriously.Very bad experience.
2. Worst experience ever in my life and never gone through such a pathetic customer support.
3. I was asking for invoice., they are not even providing invoice which I need to submit to my company and I lost entire subscription amount reimbursement.
4. (Its only accepting ICICI cards)Extremely harrowing experience Booked my vehicle and completed all formalities and address verified on 3rd June after persistent followup since 28th May.
5. High alert:Never ever choose zoomcarThe zap app is very poorly developed as the option where we need to upload documents is very bad, as u cannot click on the button where it says click to upload.
6. If you delay in paying the subscription fee they levy charges and if you earn money and they delay in giving then they dont pay any penalty or something.
7. For this lockdown period also we need to pay subscription Even though we listed the vehicle.
8. Worst experience.Worst platform.. they are allowing us to o list the car but they will charge you in all possible ways.
9. Everytime, you have to talk with customer support 5 times before they reduce downtime from the invoice.
10. The worst happened this month when they didn't send me updated invoice but expected me to.pay. when I didn't pay, they force cancelled my rental car.
11. I've used their vehicle for over 2 years and it is a good experience as long as you don't need their help.
