1. If they have next to zero listings, how/why do they have offices here? This app certainly does not make me want to stop in to find out all the other ways their business is being poorly ran.Descent. My biggest issue was when I went to look at my saved homes, I found some were pending sales.

2. The app thinks houses that have been in the market forever were added in the last 3 days..? Dumb.Please add a SMOKING/ SMOKE FREE search filter.

1. Fix Coldwell Banker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Coldwell Banker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Coldwell Banker App. Here is how:
