I love Zip!!I enjoy this ZipRealty I have been using it for a couple of years now this app and I just enjoy looking at the houses and hoping one day that I can purchase one but the uploads they have some pictures to the descriptions of the houses on the property is really AnkiThis doesn't show me the homes that are pending, contingent or under contract.

2. And add option to filter out houses under contract or contingent or at least show that info on main picture of property and not hidden deep in the info details of the listing.Possibly the worst app for trying to find a home.

3. All other apps give you the option to disable contingent homes and give much much more available homes that are NOT contingent.

4. This app is only full of contingent homes, POINTLESS!!! What's the point of looking at contingent homes when it's the same as looking at a home that's not for sale.

5. it's when I use a non touch external monitor i have an issue.It was fine but I hate it zooming in and out everytime you click on a area.

6. Doesn't show crime rates like other apps.Update 10/21 the app will not recognize my email when trying to sign in.

7. Reentered the areas I am looking in and kept getting error messages so after going back to the map and entering again, received another error message then it worked.

8. I can click on a area and it will zoom all the way in where I see just that home instead of the whole area, before it would just stay and I could press on each home without it zooming in.Most stupid and impossible app in the world.

1. Restart ZipRealty Real Estate & Homes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ZipRealty Real Estate & Homes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZipRealty Real Estate & Homes" » Open ZipRealty Real Estate & Homes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZipRealty Real Estate & Homes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ZipRealty Real Estate & Homes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZipRealty Real Estate & Homes servers.
