Spark Driver Customer Insights

1. A lot of times you bypass one delivery to get to the first one and back track doubling the miles.It would make it a lot easier if, when you are shopping for a customer that you would be able to go back in case you hit the wrong button when you need to scan the bar code and accidentally hit no item found.

2. I do this as a part time job and most weeks it works out great for me.Been driving for three years, accidentally entered the verification code wrong while driving and that deactivated my account!!!! There should be a step in between invalid code and deactivation.

3. I did face an issue where the driver code was not accessible which caused concerns, as well as the inability to return to certain screens while in the middle of a delivery.

4. Should be able to pick one location at a time.Grouped orders don't make any sense and you can't choose the order despite this.

5. Not to mention, the app should not have us verifying identities in the middle of shopping the order or driving the order to it's destination.

6. You should be able to change the order in which you deliver batched non-time sensitive order's.

7. Customers should not be able to change tip after their order is delivered.

8. Scammed twice weekly.Great app my only issue is that I wish I could still see the address on the way to the store and also a lot of times the mileage is way higher than it should be because you are driving all over.

9. If it makes more sense to do one or two stops in a different order, let me jump to that order to deliver first.

10. When you have a delivery with 8 cases of 40 packs of water, 2 cases of juice and a whole van from front to back full of groceries it should pay more than 20.00.I gave it 4 stars because some of the glitches with the app.

11. Sometimes the second I accept an order it will say it's risking being late?! Then why show it to me? Rejected offers come back to you.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Spark Driver Issues

1. Fix Spark Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Spark Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Spark Driver App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spark Driver" » Open Spark Driver » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spark Driver » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Spark Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spark Driver servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spark Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Spark Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spark Driver might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Spark Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spark Driver then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spark Driver not working


2. Fix Spark Driver Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spark Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spark Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spark Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • This is very serious matter that needs to be resolved asap or I will be filing a complaint against spark driver company it’s self. I have went to customer service I was told that I need to contact you guys. But one of your driver is a drug user and have caught her not once but 4 times already that she’s smoking meth in pickup parking spot while waiting for her orders, I do not know her personally but her kids goes to same school as mine so I had went to the school to find out her name. My attorney will be involve if she ever deliver to anyone I know because I have already spread the words. I would be so furious if one of the customer ends up having drugs in the bag by any accidents. What if a child is home and grab it and thinks it’s candy. Each time I saw this happening for the last 3 week. It’s was christiansburg va Walmart, I happen to find out that she lives in Blacksburg va her name is amber Nicole freeman. I have report to christiansburg police department as well they are to be patrolling and possible catch In The act.

  • Hello, I've sent several message regarding my inability to login or access my account but have yet to have the issue solved. The last email i sent was on September 15, 2022, but have yet to hear from anyone and the issue hasn’t been solved. I’m still struggling to access my account. I get messages like “invalid user name”, “username does not exist”. So I try to create a new account and I get the message “user already exists”. Then I try to attempt to recover my password by submitting my email/mobile number but I get the message “not found”.
