CXT Driver Customer Insights

1. How do we go about getting this sound? Thanks, great appCourier time wasters: 1) Geotracking: Can be well over a minute at beginning and end of stop every time.

2. Before we could see a list of pickup and dropouts in the order we received them, now that is gone and now using the app is frustrating.Cxt app keeps stopping and kicking me out when scanning, especially the QR codes.

3. The package scan camera can be a bit iffy and you have to close and open the camera a couple of times sometimes to make scanning faster because the app will just stop scanning stuff.

4. Also a strange question for you my co-worker has a baby laughing sound notification and the rest of our crew does not have it.

5. Push notification also doesn't alert if running in background while in another app.

6. Also keeps taking over my phone! When I minimize the window to try and do something else on my phone it continues to reopen itself not allowing me to do so.

7. This app is a nightmare! Continues to pop-up dialog boxes when it gets an answer it does not care for.

8. It also won't let me open maps or make calls from the app.(update). I had to add permissions and allow more battery usage.

9. 2) Photos: Take photo, wait, remaining still, approximately 10 to 15 seconds for confirmation the picture was captured and clear before moving along with collection/delivery.

10. Having to put a zero when there is no pickup when there is already a zero there is just redundant and time-consumingWorks great.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CXT Driver Issues

1. Fix CXT Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CXT Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CXT Driver App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CXT Driver" » Open CXT Driver » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CXT Driver » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CXT Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CXT Driver servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CXT Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CXT Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CXT Driver might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CXT Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CXT Driver then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CXT Driver not working


2. Fix CXT Driver Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CXT Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CXT Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CXT Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I use Nextstop 3 for Android-the newest version The problem I keep having is I cannot logout of the app. It attempts to sync data but then it runs into a Red Line that says: FORCE LOGOUT....if I force the logout I will lose my data I put in as a route courier driver. This force logout keeps coming up everytime I want to logout. I tried using WIFI connections to help in the network connection but that doesnt help. This has to be a software issue. I use an Android System and as stated I downloaded the newest version of CXT Nextstop 3 for Android devices. My tablet is a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite There has to be a fix to this in the software or perhaps you can send me a link to a downloadable software link that will fix the logout issue For the CXT Nextstop 3 -Android version. I cant keep running into this force logout issue everytime I logout. Thank you for your help Jack

  • I'm working for a company and we use next stop 3 for all of our pickups and deliveries. I have a new Google pixel 6 phone that I just got and the app will not work with the camera. I have to take pictures throughout the route that I work and add them in attachments. The pictures have to be taken through the app for the job. I took my phone to Verizon they spent an hour trying to do different things and try different camera apps and none of them worked. I tried troubleshooting with Verizon did everything it said to do including allowing a third party app to have access to my phone and I did that and it did not work. Now I'll have to get a different phone unless there's something I can do. And my camera works with every other app I have.
