Me@Walmart Customer Insights

1. Flashlight never works when I need it to (it gives me an error saying "another app" is using the flashlight, which is never true), adding new features to Me@WM never seems to work right away, so I end up having to redownload the old apps since they still work (such as for VizPicking, setting features, etc.), and it doesn't seem to get any better.

2. Also, I had issues with clocking in and out, sometimes having to go to the middle of the store before not getting a proximity error.at one point in time I would have given this app at least 4 stars, but they have removed very useful features from it.

3. It would save a lot of hassle of forgetting to clock out and having to fix it next time you go in.Wow, What an update! These new features are incredibly useful.

4. The problem with the app freezing after scanning one or two times and having to exit out completely, then waiting a minute or two before being able to scan again, is seriously hampering my productivity! Please fix.

5. I've also used it on my personal Galaxy S9+, and on both phones the app can't find the location of the product half the time, the other half it just freezes for way too longNeed to fix the scanning glitch! When scanning multiple items in a row for location, the scanner freezes.

6. Now I can't get past the sign in page and I get an error message that says "Browser required to support this feature." Deleted the app, downloaded again and still the same problem.

7. I used to be able to clock in and out on my phone, but they removed that feature.

8. It's a time waster and AWFUL!!This app made my phone completely unusable for a solid 30 minutes.

9. It's been a few years since I started using this app, and my opinion if it has not gotten better.I work at a time and job that is based on how fast you can get done and how much you can do.

10. Also, I understand not being able to clock in off the premises, but you should be able to clock out wherever you are.

11. And now, all the really useful tools are taken away. This app was working well on my android phone... until last week at least.

  • Ever since the app updated where I had to type in a pin, the app shuts my phone down and reboots. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it OVER 15 times and it does the same thing still--If I hesitate to type my pin number it goes ahead and shuts down and reboots. This is very frustrating because I can't clock-in/clock out, do the health assessment, check my schedule, or ask for time off. I really don't need the 've had security of a pin number--it was working before the new update. I have a Samsung Galaxy 10ae--not even a year old and I really don't want to buy a new phone when this should work on my current one. I've had the phone specialist who works at walmart look at my phone and he can't find any issue with the phone; however, while searching for reviews he read where some people were having the same issue/problem of the phone shutting down when typing their pin number. Any advice would be helpful. This is so frustrating!
