1. With this being a Walmart exclusive brand they should have a better app, this one looks like it was coded by someones nephew on the ride home from basketball practice.The sync from my meter is convenient, but it would be nice to be able to see a chart to track levels.

2. Very useful for watching my A1C as the 90 day average is a good indicator.Good idea, but trying to sync data is more trouble than it's worth.

3. My other meter shows me all readings, a 7-day average, 14-day average, 30-day average & 90-day average.

4. Sticking to paper log now! Old review: i wish it had more information, i.e. a graph of daily average for a time period, and also a graph of fasting glucose (or earliest daily reading) for a period.

5. I collect multiple readings a day and want to look at a few weeks of data to analyze, share with my doctor, etc.

6. C'mon reli on! Read all the complaints and get it fixed!Edit: having to log in every time and being forced to change password makes this unusable.

7. It's great that it syncs to the meter, but I'm just going to manually enter my readings in my old meter app.

8. It would be also nice to be able to scroll through readings, without having to click on every individual date.

9. Problems existed with 2 different phones and meters, and troubleshooting steps do not help at all.The app is hit and miss, if it works, it would work without issues and if it stops working no matter what you do, it will cease to work.

10. Now getting used to not using this app but just remember and keep a record on 3rd party apps.I paid the extra few dollars because I could sync it to my phone.

11. I guess I'll be using the other app, so this purchase was a waste of money and time.Simply horrible app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ReliOn Life Issues

1. Fix ReliOn Life Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ReliOn Life: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ReliOn Life App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ReliOn Life" » Open ReliOn Life » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ReliOn Life » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ReliOn Life app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ReliOn Life servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ReliOn Life" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ReliOn Life app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ReliOn Life might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ReliOn Life. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ReliOn Life then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ReliOn Life not working


2. Fix ReliOn Life Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ReliOn Life be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ReliOn Life not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ReliOn Life may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
