So every time I have to stop force, clear cache, clear data, and log back in before using.Many times reporting my kms for my company vehicle tells me to call because can't be submitted this last time it worked by 3 months in a row it did it to me other than that easy to use and functions properly when it works.I have to enter my milage report 2-3 times every time for it to work.

2. Every time need to touch the recording tab for many times to get it work and after few moments stops recording kms by itself.

3. It does not track at all while driving.logging in is a total nightmare as it won't let you reset passwords often you always have to call in.Frequently freezes when entering Monthly mileage.

1. Restart Element Xcelerate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Element Xcelerate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Element Xcelerate" » Open Element Xcelerate for Drivers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Element Xcelerate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Element Xcelerate for Drivers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Element Xcelerate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Element Xcelerate for Drivers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Element Xcelerate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Element Xcelerate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Element Xcelerate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Element Xcelerate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Element Xcelerate not working

2. Fix Element Xcelerate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Element Xcelerate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Element Xcelerate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Element Xcelerate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
