Why should I report an Issue with EXTRA Driver?

1. EXTRA Driver is a complimentary mobile application paired with a subscription-based Elite EXTRA web application for routing and tracking delivery drivers, service technicians, and more.

2. Drivers receive routes and complete stops and tasks from the easy-to-use mobile application.

3. Note: GPS location tracking runs constantly in the background while logged into the app.

4. This can dramatically decrease battery life.

1. Only the administrator can do this! What happened with the roll out? This is a major feature, which requires me to use two devices while I'm driving not too safe especially in the state of Arizona in the city of Phoenix Peoria Glendale it's illegal to operate a mobile device while using the vehicle puts me in a really particular situation as an independent contractor I have to make a decision on what to do this is for a company.

2. Utilize!How do I take pictures when I'm on a drop? Like when I'm arriving at said delivery, how do I get to the function where I can snap a pic of what I'm delivering? I work for NAPA and they have this future on one of the devices, but for some reason we can't get it to come up/appear on certain tablets nor my phone.

3. Other than that it's great!:) Thank you for taking the time to read the review and for addressing the issue, hopefully the bug fix will be included in y'alls next update.App works well most of the time.

4. Why does it pull me outta maps and back to the app even though I've already pressed "directions" once and am omw? It's redundant and it's really driving me crazy! Please please please fix that bug! It's actually affecting my quality of life, it's mentally draining bc it's so irritating.

5. Can't wait till my company gets rid of it! Plus there is absolutely nowhere I can find in the app or settings on my phone to turn the god damn beep off everytime I leave.

6. This has happened twice recently, first time thankfully I caught it before it cost me but not this time.

7. Also, sometimes when I take the picture, the app will keep the "Report Delivery" button greyed out, despite acceptance of the picture and signature.

8. We've seen the function before but are unable to find it at this time basically, when I'm on a route/delivery.

9. I always always always have to press the darn "directions" button a second time.

10. It's good but I really really wish it wouldn't revert back to the extra driver app once I've left a location and are in maps already.

1. Fix EXTRA Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EXTRA Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EXTRA Driver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EXTRA Driver" » Open EXTRA Driver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EXTRA Driver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EXTRA Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EXTRA Driver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EXTRA Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EXTRA Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EXTRA Driver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EXTRA Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EXTRA Driver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EXTRA Driver not working

2. Fix EXTRA Driver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EXTRA Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EXTRA Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EXTRA Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
