This app just keeps getting worse and worse and worse now with the most current update I am not able to go back and look at anything past my most recent shift yet another update and more bad news the app will not let me upload photos it is so hit-or-miss whether they will upload or not more times than not they will not uploadConstantly logging me back in after i logging out.

2. -still doesn't respond correctly when trying to show "En route" -and a huge issue I'm having is it auto updating saying I'm on location when im 500+ ft away trying to find the address or ever 2 streets away.

3. We use this app for my job but I'm beginning to hate it.I've been using this app for a long time now, and I'm going to start lowering my rating score if the notifications do not get changed! Our company is losing thousands because of this.

It's not totally bad but a little more teaching could be put into the software and it could be something great but it's not great at the moment but I haven't tried it since the update so I will leave a better review if my experience with it is better than beforeAs a tow truck driver and working overnights.

5. That's was a terrible experience and it doesn't happen once its all the time.I hate the aspect is that when it asks you to timestamp and you hit NO it dont work.

6. On the job finish page, if the VIN is missing, there is no way to view the photo (of the tag) to attempt a tag-trace - because the stupid app closes/finishes the job with blank data (deletes entered mileage).

10. Firstly, it tries to do everything in realtime - uploading photos as they're taken, not storing them on the local device, and then downloading them again when needed.

1. Fix Dispatch Anywhere Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dispatch Anywhere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dispatch Anywhere App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dispatch Anywhere" » Open Dispatch Anywhere for Drivers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dispatch Anywhere » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dispatch Anywhere for Drivers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dispatch Anywhere servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dispatch Anywhere for Drivers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dispatch Anywhere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dispatch Anywhere might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dispatch Anywhere. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dispatch Anywhere then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dispatch Anywhere not working

2. Fix Dispatch Anywhere Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dispatch Anywhere be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dispatch Anywhere not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dispatch Anywhere may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
