1. The other 4 has been disaster! Fix this trash pleaseI am writing to figure out whether Access bank section in charge of App maintenance does not read customers' reports with respect to this App, or is it that they don't care? Can you please fix the transfer receipt generation, because it has not worked for a very long time.

I have tried over and over again to delete certain saved account numbers from my list of beneficiaries but this has continuously proved abortive, making the list so very lengthy and hence making it increasingly difficult to locate accounts whenever I carry out transactions.

4. Since i installed this New Version of the app, i have been having issues doing interbank transfer which was not so with the earlier Version.

5. The 30seconds delay between each transfer needs to be increased to 90seconds like other reliable apps to prevent double debiting from happening.

1. Fix Diamond Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Diamond: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Diamond App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Diamond" » Open Diamond Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Diamond » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Diamond Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Diamond servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Diamond Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Diamond app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Diamond might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Diamond. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Diamond then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Diamond not working

2. Fix Diamond Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Diamond be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Diamond not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Diamond may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
