1. I need it to recognize the device I'm using, and I get the code, do everything I'm supposed to, and then it pops up with a Network Error, please try again... Every single time.
2. After slogging through lengthy click paths, a minor error sends the user back to the home screen so they can enter the same search terms, location, and other details repeatedly.

6. It will list providers but doesn't tell you what their specialty is, their status with United (preferred, etc.) and doesn't have a full list of services for the 'estimate cost' feature.
7. I navigated to the Behavioral Health section and was told I'm not using a supported browser (it opened in the app- of course it's not supported).
