1. My husband tried to open a new account with the app and when the verification text was received at the end of registration with the code to get into the app it stated there was an error, despite putting in the code correctly and trying it multiple times without success.
2. I've tried to enable notifications, and for whatever reason it's grayed out like I cannot enable notifications, which is frustrating when I need to know when claims have been filed.
3. Got to the email verification step and received the email, but when I click the link, it opens google play and says "something went wrong." 2 technical problems in 5 minutes.
4. Doing checkout, I've experienced several issues like my card being declined for no funds being available when there was, also having to check one item at a time.
5. The app wastes so much time trying to change password everytime I need to view something.
6. It makes me change my password almost everytime I try to log in which is not convenient, especially when you're standing in the doctor's office and people are waiting on you.
7. It's not worth the hasssle. It was working fine and in the last couple months I will get "something went wrong" and can't log in.
8. Then when I need to manually submit a claim, I enabled access to photos and documents but when I go to submit the picture, it's not recognizing that I've already enabled this.
9. Basically the app is useless to me unless you find out why there are issues logging in all the time. This application works as expected when it works.
10. It saves so much time using teledoc rather than going to urgent care for a bad cold.
11. It was not so bad with Android 11 - I had to re-install it only once in a month... But after my phone was upgraded to Android 12, it became usable only once. Most of my frustration comes from the permissions settings.
