1. I will not buy this app again! Too bad, you had a good thing going before!I can't get passed the set up screen since the update, I've Uninstalled and reinstalled...it won't work now, I never had an issue until this new update!!!Was having trouble logging in since the update however I did a full systems update of my phone, not just the app and now it is working fine.Horrible app.

2. What do you mean Android is NEW 79 (2.25)??? What exactly do I need to do to get this to work? Android user and no access to app after update, email and reset password does not work.

3. We're given a week's free trial; there was an email to let me know the trial was almost up and my card would be charged.Just did an app update on my phone and now can't access the app.

1. Fix The Essential Life Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The Essential Life: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Essential Life App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Essential Life" » Open The Essential Life - Oil Guide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Essential Life » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Essential Life - Oil Guide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Essential Life servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Essential Life - Oil Guide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Essential Life app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Essential Life might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Essential Life. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Essential Life then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Essential Life not working
