1. You figure for getting paid for something that you would allow the purchaser to have access to ALL of the information offered on the app! Very disappointed and unsatisfied! Will make sure my friends know about the rip off!love love love it! wish they would update it right away after convention every year to include the new oils.

2. It is so much easier for quick reference during a class or on the go when having a conversation with someone and you don't have your book handy.I don't think this app warrants the $6.99 price tag, as it doesn't have all of DoTERRA's oils listed (including all the 2018 new releases).

7. Big disappointmentI have opened several pages of oils and the tabs that go across the top lie over the buttons that you push to indicate my oils.

1. Fix Essential Oils Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Essential Oils: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Essential Oils App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Essential Oils" » Open Essential Oils for doTERRA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Essential Oils » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Essential Oils for doTERRA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Essential Oils servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Essential Oils for doTERRA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Essential Oils app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Essential Oils might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Essential Oils. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Essential Oils then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Essential Oils not working

2. Fix Essential Oils Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Essential Oils be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Essential Oils not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Essential Oils may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
