1. Would def purchase if it is foolproof because I love the graphs.Love this cycling apps ... One of the best!! too bad Ive been waiting with hopeful anticipation that maybe just maybe the camera/photo add or even just adding pictures from the gallery or well basically anything other than just leaving text notes but actually work on my phone Samsung A51 5G.. clicking on photo or the camera doesn't do anything .

2. This is a bit annoying as a km feels a lot shorter when it is broken into 100m and 10m.. 😁 😁It stops calculating distance in between cycling and shows blue line, need to fix d bug.

1. Fix Cycling Diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cycling Diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cycling Diary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cycling Diary" » Open Cycling Diary - Bike Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cycling Diary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cycling Diary - Bike Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cycling Diary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cycling Diary - Bike Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cycling Diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cycling Diary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cycling Diary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cycling Diary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cycling Diary not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cycling Diary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cycling Diary not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cycling Diary may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
