1. I like it a lot! I have subtracted a star because the method for recording workout plans is not intuitive at first and it is very easy to inadvertently delete all your work by accident while in progress.
2. It would be a 5 star if I could connect to different app (i.e. Garmin connect.)It would be awesome if the app tracked your miles for week, month, and season.Nice looking app but lack of app integration to Garmin or Strava makes it tedious to use.
3. My current suggestion is to add the possibility to set the duration of the workout also in distance (km or miles). It looks like it has good features and would display information nicely.
4. It would also be nice to be able to see your total distance swum, cycled and run as well as the time in training. An amazing app for tracking your workouts.
5. Once I understood how to add a workout it got very easy to use and I like that I can track my subjective vital scores and the measurable ones in a predesigned feature.
6. Once all set up I like how it tracks and operates.A really useful app for creating or uploading a training program, using it to plan your training, record your exercises and check your progress.
7. It is easy to lose all your work in planning your own workout, so be careful.
8. But it's such a pain to enter in my workout details, especially if it wasn't already entered into the calendar as a planned workout.I think this is a great tool.
9. I swim 4 times a week and this app isn't the best for tracking swim distance overall but it's a triathlon app so I'll stick with my spreadsheet for swimming yards.
10. Disappointed that I can't take one of the pre-planned programs and move items to different days to fit my schedule (or I haven't found that option yet).
11. I sports my motivation to keep the regulatory of my training within a busy life.
