1. I like this simplified version better, but the developer is both meticulous and responsive to suggestions and no matter which version you choose, I think you will be very satisfied.I just did the free version and I like it, especially how it shows links online for the items you put in so you can easily find more info.
2. Over all my new favorite food diary app and SEVERALLY under ratedReally like being able to record what foods I eat and also be able to write notes for my symptoms afterwards.
3. I wanted some food diary with not only classic nutritional values (fat, carbs, fiber...), but also to track my vitamin intake.
4. I am going to uninstall though because a lot of the items I wanted to enter are locked for the free version or not there at all.
5. You can add items that arnt in its files, chose if you wanna take a pic or not, and chose if you even want to add calories n stuff or if you wanna just record what you eat.
6. But if I we're trying to track calories, this free app is not ideal.Issues are; It would not allow to subscribe.
7. It doesn't save me any time if I have to manually create food listings for the things she eats because the existing ones are blocked.
8. The only thing i dont like is some items are locked and have to pay a small fee to open like in my case every dollar counts when on fixed income .
9. The most common foss are "locked" to prompt you to purchase the app with a monthly fee, but they do allow you to free write what you eat.
10. I like that I can still navigate the app for free and I LOVE that it reminds me after each meal to record my intake.
11. What I don't like is the lack of a scanning feature and sometimes when choosing a food to journal, changing the amount can be bothersome.
