Perfect Body Customer Insights

1. Otherwise this app is fantastic.I love having workouts and meal planning all in one app! But while you get to choose certain ingredients to include or exclude from your meals, there is no option for any type of woe you might do.

2. I can see how that might be too much, but at least an option to alter individual meals--for instance with an omelet + toast meal, it would be nice to be able to remove the toast instead of having to log the whole meal even tho you only ate the omelet.

3. So I recommend mixing and matching recipes according to your budget and also repeating recipes so food isn't going to waste.

4. It's all just one recipe base with some recipes filtered based on food preferences, not dieting goals or lifestyle.

5. But they'll never get five stars because of how terribly they've started.I really enjoy the recipes and exercises, however many of the recipes are very repetitive (all yogurt all the time), and the reminder alerts just suddenly stopped.

6. :)They have a great variety of recipes and barely any food restrictions.

7. The bugginess is my only issue.I paid for the full program and the menu they developed for me included all the foods I can't eat due to allergies, or don't eat because eating them makes me feel ill.

8. I wasn't able to use the grocery list at all last weekend because it was generating for wrong dates and pulling the wrong items.

9. I have found that if I pick 5 or so meals and snacks and stuck to those every day for a week it keeps my grocery bill down.

10. I love that the app gives me the flexibility to swap out meals to help keep my grocery bill down.

11. I could not find any meal substitution that I could use as is, and could not substitute parts of the recipe online, this shopping lists are not usable at all.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Perfect Body Issues

1. Fix Perfect Body Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Perfect Body: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Perfect Body App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Perfect Body" » Open Perfect Body - Meal planner » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Perfect Body » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Perfect Body - Meal planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Perfect Body servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Perfect Body - Meal planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Perfect Body app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Perfect Body might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Perfect Body. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Perfect Body then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Perfect Body not working


2. Fix Perfect Body Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Perfect Body be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Perfect Body not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Perfect Body may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
