1. Worst app update ever!!! Completely useless now!!! 3 months later you still cannot use app to pay your bill!The orignal payment was pretty easy.

2. Why do they have my address, phone number, email, and direct access to push notifications on my phone if they don't use any one of them to alert me before they cut my service off?My Samsung S10 is now no longer compatible with this app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix e+ Issues

1. Fix e+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart e+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the e+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "e+" » Open e+Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for e+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear e+Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from e+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "e+Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check e+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, e+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall e+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall e+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing e+ not working


2. Fix e+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make e+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to e+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, e+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
