1. Worst app update ever!!! Completely useless now!!! 3 months later you still cannot use app to pay your bill!The orignal payment was pretty easy.
2. Why do they have my address, phone number, email, and direct access to push notifications on my phone if they don't use any one of them to alert me before they cut my service off?My Samsung S10 is now no longer compatible with this app.
3. I keep getting an error message whenever I attempt to log in and have even gone through the trouble of un-installing and re-installing per the advice of a customer service agent.
4. Seems like they just want to force us to pay by phone because I can't log in via my e-mailed bill eitherUseless except to pay bill.

10. Extremely outdated and does not work, will not recognize routing number even when all information is correct.
11. Hasn't been available ever since update.
