I am pleased with the performance.It's really so easy, and it is free but with every great app there is a small catch you get 15 credit when you start and 1 credit everyday just check in for free and it cost 10 credits to send a Fax but if you need to send more fair priced ..so don't gripe people they gotta make money as well so check in everyday and accumulate your credits for when you need to send a fax.

2. You can watch some videos to get extra free credits (not sure what is the limit) and you can check in for 1 credit daily.Reviews were accurate, super easy to install and use.

3. You need credits to send but when you go to purchase credits they give you 15 credits for free.

4. For the first free 10 credits, you have to log in and click on the credit icon for it to give you the option of adding the credits.

5. From beginning to end, including the app took me less than 3 minutes.Not sure what happened, but payed for 50 credits yesterday to send 2 pages.

6. But I'd give it 6 stars if possible thx for this app we really appreciate it but could let us watch videos for credits tooUnbelievably easy and once you create and connect an account.

1. Fix Easy Fax Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Easy Fax: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Easy Fax App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Easy Fax" » Open Easy Fax - send fax from phone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Easy Fax » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Easy Fax - send fax from phone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Easy Fax servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Easy Fax - send fax from phone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Easy Fax app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Easy Fax might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Easy Fax. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Easy Fax then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Easy Fax not working

2. Fix Easy Fax Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Easy Fax be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Easy Fax not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Easy Fax may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
