1. Crash almost every time.Absolutely perfect.. That's how an application should be made, easy to operate, create your company, add your staff members and watch over them with cheese, the attendance system is perfect makes life easy for me to watch my employees , aslo the email response of the team is quick 👍👌👌 I just hope u guys can figure out an option to clock in the attendance if there happens to be no internet/wifi sometimes.

2. This has shown how unprofessional the app and the company.The app is really easy to use, simple interface and it is free ! It makes things easier for workers like me to be able to work from remote location by using the attendance system.

3. Cheers team.The application crashes often... after opening attendance and when checking the summary it get crash... the app is useful but does not work.

4. It's a good concept, but since there is no separate apps for admin, admin/boss couldn't see real time who clock in or not, even log in to mobile version of hub.

5. if developer sloves the crash issue will definitely re install the app again.This is such a great app! Just a suggestion, I think it would be great if we can be allowed to set allocated number of days for different types of leaves for each workers.

1. Fix EasyWork Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EasyWork: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EasyWork App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EasyWork" » Open EasyWork - Company & HR app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EasyWork » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EasyWork - Company & HR app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EasyWork servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EasyWork - Company & HR app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EasyWork app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EasyWork might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EasyWork. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EasyWork then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EasyWork not working

2. Fix EasyWork Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EasyWork be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EasyWork not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EasyWork may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
