SelfKey Wallet Customer Insights

1. No customer care, no support, NOTHING! My USDT is just stuck!!I’ve been using the Selfkey desktop wallet for almost a year and the recent mobile wallet app has made much easier to manage crypto ERC-20 tokens from anywhere in the world with full control and access 24/7.

2. I've been trying to get my tokens back little by little however every time I try to send the coins to a different wallet it says transfer pending and when I come out of the app and go back in nothing has happened.

3. People are worried about gas pricing for their automobile.... Lol half of them haven't seen gas tax for these wallet applications yet!Would be a nice app if it didn't cost nearly 1000$ just to send 200$ worth of assets.

4. It’s very easy and user friendly to add or send any ERC-20 token by scanning the QR code of the wallet.

5. I sent over $1000 usd of Lever which is an erc-20 token from Binance to the safekey wallet.

6. I have $36 of Eth in the wallet for $1.14 gas feeI've had the most unpalatable experience with this app I installed it over a year ago hoping to invest in self key.

7. :) I have used the desktop wallet and now the android app feels as good as the desktop client.

8. Not cost effective to send this wallet money from my other wallet.

9. In the wallet the Lever amount is shown but the usd value says zero for some reason.

10. This app is by far much secured, excellent design and UX/UI with powerful wallet recovery mechanisms.

11. I deposited 476 USDT in my wallet, then discovered that I couldn't swap it for KEY.
