1. I wanted to transfer some money 3 days ago, first thing I couldn't verify my identity (uploading isn't working), then now it's "resolved" but the app is saying "in maintenance" and still my identity is not verified.
2. Thanks Old: I just wonder for what all these personal information are required .. some information are sensitive and should not be shared with an unknown company.Couldn't create an account or change the country, always +44 GB number 😐The exchange rate is way too low.
3. And transactions are "temporarily" stopped for maintenance (temporarily since a month...) Don't install!Installed it, waited a couple of days for verification, then when I wanted to send money the app undergoes maintence for almost a week and it's still going.
4. Many thanks ..ImanPayment isn't in euro currency, I know that the shows how much it costs in euro!!! But I must pay fees when I transfer money from euros to GBP.
5. The transfer service is not available for long time ago.Your request many private information from the users and the data you collect it.
6. Why you need access to the mic!!!? And why the policy and the terms not in Arabic?!Edit: Money transfer is easy and convenient.
7. My bank account is verified issued for my ID so your request all of that? Also the permission to access, modify, delete and read the contents of my USB storage.

9. There has been an earthquake in the region and sending money currently is needed urgently, and in such times this app has failed us.
10. disappointed...Was very happy with service until the service stopped couple months ago.
11. More than three months and thay could not fix this bug.Fast, reliable and efficient service.
