Cannot find method of contacting support for this app.Connected to the system however when you make a call to one of the VoIP phones it doesn't give you the option to answer the call, have checked all the settings and notifications and everything is switched onOctober update has totally broken this on note 9.

2. Totally uselessIt does not support new S20 series phones! Samsung please update this, and if anyone has any information regarding new update or how to make it work on S20 phones please contact me!why does this have to be exclusive to fancypants' with enterprise technology.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Samsung WE VoIP Issues

1. Fix Samsung WE VoIP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Samsung WE VoIP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Samsung WE VoIP App. Here is how:

  3. Clear Samsung WE VoIP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Samsung WE VoIP servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Samsung WE VoIP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Samsung WE VoIP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Samsung WE VoIP might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Samsung WE VoIP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Samsung WE VoIP then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Samsung WE VoIP not working
