What users are saying

1. Folow these steps: first go to your settings then go to: application manager make sure! To select! Show system applications! In the top right corner! then look for security policy updates select storage: clear it's cache and data (reconnect to all network's! Run smartmananger to clean other cached data This solved it for meIt doesn't update on it's own-at least in older versions.

2. Well not only did that fail, the next suggestion was to take it to a local Samsung repair shop and pay them to detect and fix the problem! Really Samsung? This phone is about four months old and that is what I get for customer service? Even with a complete reset this policy persisted and the camera is worthless.

3. Oddly enough, I uninstalled an app called "Secure Wi-Fi" and uninstalled updates on another security update app just last night; both of which have been downloaded without my permission or even notifying me while they were downloading.

4. If another ROM was available for this older tablet I'd install it in a flash: it's way past its warranty, and I should have the ability to refuse software written by people who clearly don't test their work properly.there's just to many glitches and I noticed right outta jump street it was like someone/something was slowing down my phone, draining my battery within 15-20 minutes.

5. BUT, it would be REALLY nice if the app lock had an option for alphabetical order, it would make things easier and quickerSince it updated I cannot update anything else - nothing! Uninstalling its updates don't help either.

6. A description and user friendliness of the apps would be helpful if Samsung/Google are going to add these apps, and a quick "Hey, we have something new for you" would be nice as well.As of the unsolicited installation of this, it thinks the factory camera on this Galaxy is malicious or something.

7. These ad developer's don't get to dictate what I buy or use ADS are like flies, popping up everywhere, pooping on good stuff, and very irritating.Does Not Do Anything Beneficial Samsung = Exploitive, just another predator with their over the top bs.

8. That is ripping rights of choice away from any that want to use what they have paid for!App installed it's update automatically! But auto updates! Are always! Turned of.

9. EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS! I wont ever buy Samsung again having read it.

10. Installed two camera apps and this does not block those apps but blocks the use of the physical camera built into the phone.

11. FAIL!I'm giving this app 5 stars because its cleaner option is one of the few cleaners that actually cleans everything without me having to do a follow up each time and clean up caches manually.
