Which is very wrong۔Few days ago i updated my phone X666 and now I am facing problems that my phone switched off by itself twice first it happened when i was using YouTube and it switched off by itself and after that i was taking a picture the same time happened again The software needs improvement How can I solve this problem?Last week i installed Infinix X6810 latest version of android software, after update i'm facing sound problem which detail is below: "When we play Audio/Video, Sound stop working even in Ringtone, media in Youtube, Facebook, WhatsApp completely stop working but when i restart any app, sound start working.

Now I'm using my infinix X6810 with this issue after installing latest version software update.Hello carlcare I have a complaint on Monday day I went with my sister to fix her phone at carlcare iringamall Zambia but they didn't fix the phone they just ate the money, on Tuesday we went back but it seems like the phone wasn't attended to now it's has stopped charging completely.

3. It took 6 days for them to give me back my phone with a fake phone screen that had insane ghost touch issues, not an original screen but a duplicate and the glue they used had leaked on the side of the screen.

4. Worst service experience ever, no co-operation and communication between the customer care and service center itself it's taking already more than a week just for a mere replacement.

5. Will never ever by an Infinix and other associated mobile phones with carl carl.I took my infinix hot 10 for a screen replacement.

1. Fix Carlcare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Carlcare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Carlcare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Carlcare" » Open Carlcare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Carlcare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Carlcare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Carlcare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Carlcare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Carlcare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Carlcare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Carlcare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Carlcare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Carlcare not working

2. Fix Carlcare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Carlcare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Carlcare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Carlcare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
