1. However, despite these, it's a great app, a bit quirky if you are adding things via voice to text, as it will sometimes close inadvertently on my LG v20, but a good app that I am going to keepI keep all of my reminders, lists, names to remember, favorite quotes, etc on this app.

8. Just wondering if there is some way to add a picture or some type of display? The picture or display would be a very valuable thing to have although I know you're trying to keep this basic, but the term "basic" changes as needs change.

9. I backed up all the data but it converted my checklists to text and I had to recreate them from the text notes.

10. Encryption is kind of rudimentary and forces user to encrypt every note separately, instead of creating a database and encrypt all the notes into it.

11. There are two drawbacks to the program, first is that it's not shareable with another user such as shopping checklists and it was time consuming to rebuild all my checklists when upgrading my phone.

1. Fix Write Now Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Write Now: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Write Now App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Write Now" » Open Write Now - Notepad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Write Now » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Write Now - Notepad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Write Now servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Write Now - Notepad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Write Now app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Write Now might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Write Now. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Write Now then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Write Now not working

2. Fix Write Now Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Write Now be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Write Now not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Write Now may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
