2. Please find a solution.The app cannot see my wifi and cannot connect to it properly with no proper error message, so I am not able to set up the vacuum cleaner and I am not able to tell what's wrong.

3. I complete the steps asked in the app, the vacuum cleaner has the wifi signal flashing, but when I put my wifi password, it starts to connect, goes up to 25% and "Connection Failed", with an error 13506.

8. It's not that hard to go follow the path to the charger is it?TLDR: Head into your router settings (192.168.1.1), enable "Easy Mesh" and set your 2.4Ghz wifi channel to "Automatic".

9. Basically what i do was getting into my router settings (192.168.1.1) and enable Easy Mesh + set my 2.4Ghz wifi channel to "Automatic".

10. I don't know why it needs those permissions, but if you want to vacuum in the woods and save pictures from your powerbot, you can.I simply can't connect to the vacuum cleaner.

11. Also the robot doesn't connect in the smart things app so 'not very smart' as it happens.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix POWERbot-E Issues

1. Fix POWERbot-E Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart POWERbot-E: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the POWERbot-E App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "POWERbot-E" » Open POWERbot-E » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for POWERbot-E » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear POWERbot-E app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from POWERbot-E servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "POWERbot-E" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check POWERbot-E app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, POWERbot-E might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall POWERbot-E. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall POWERbot-E then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing POWERbot-E not working


2. Fix POWERbot-E Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make POWERbot-E be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to POWERbot-E not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, POWERbot-E may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
