Why should I report an Issue with apMemo Lite - Graphic Notepad?

1. Amazingly handy, quick, easy to use graphic memo / notepad and reminder with well thought-out interface! - Put your notes on the Home screen, like sticky notes, using apMemo Lite widget. apMemo is the easiest, fastest, and the most convenient way to create notes, memos and reminders!

2. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are experiencing problems with all apMemo notes being deleted, please check if you have any automatic cleanup utility installed on your device.

3. The widgets in Android do not work in this case, and sometimes reminders may have problems due to the SD card not being available.

4. "Modify/delete SD card contents" permission is needed to store notes on the SD card.

5. Unfortunately Google Play does allow to respond directly to the person asking questions here, so please contact the developer by email, this would allow us to resolve your issues quickly.

6. Please note: even though apMemo can be installed on the SD card, this is not recommended, as it may cause some issues.

7. "Prevent phone from sleeping" permission is needed to let reminders work.

8. "Control vibrator" permission is needed to vibrate on reminders.

9. "Automatically start at boot" permission is required only to quickly restore the previously set reminders on reboot.

2. This app actually even on entry level phone How?..... Well you can zoom your small phone screen..... Then write the memo on a single page...... Then there is plenty of space OR you can use multiple note pages..... As the tool recommends you to do..... Then just press the GRID shape to see all your paragraph as a message.

4. However apMemo Lite works great with my S pen! I also must have an alarm and it has that too; many note apps don't.

5. I'll be buying the paid version in a few days.Wish the notes were searchable & sticky to my home screen, but overall the best note app.

6. No try, no buy.I have used many note apps becuz I am a long time Samsung Note phone user.

7. The final straw was the app saying in the settings that even the text is clearer in the paid version.

1. Fix apMemo Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart apMemo Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the apMemo Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "apMemo Lite" » Open apMemo Lite - Graphic Notepad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for apMemo Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear apMemo Lite - Graphic Notepad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from apMemo Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "apMemo Lite - Graphic Notepad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check apMemo Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, apMemo Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall apMemo Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall apMemo Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing apMemo Lite not working

2. Fix apMemo Lite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make apMemo Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to apMemo Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, apMemo Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
